After-Sales Service Procedure

STEP 1. Initial Service Request

If you would like to apply for after-sales services, please contact us using the Inquiry Form.


We will need the following information:
Name ・Address ・Customer ID (registered e-mail address) ・Service desired

STEP 2. Confirmation Email

You will receive an email from us confirming the details of your service request.

STEP 3. Jewelry Shipment

Please send the item(s) in a jewelry case or with cushioning material using the "Pay-on-Delivery" shipping method. Leave keep a copy of the shipping receipt for your reference.
We will provide the shipping address via email.


Untracked regular mail does not record the shipping history and may result in the loss of the item.


Please ensure the item(s) are shipped within 2 weeks after receiving our confirmation email. If you anticipate any delays, please contact us in advance.

STEP 4. Item Inspection

After inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will contact you via email to arrange for the repair. For inquiries about the repair period, please contact us by email.


[Service Fees]
If service fees apply to your piece, we will send you an estimate along with an explanation of the costs. We will begin working on your piece as soon as the quote is accepted and payment is confirmed.


If we are unable to service your piece, we will notify you and explain the reason.

STEP 5. Returning Your Jewelry

Once the service is completed, we will return your jewelry using the postal service of your choice.
